Dr. Gay Larned, Ph.D.
Dr. Gay Larned is a neuro therapist, educator, researcher, and consultant in advanced technology for serious neurological conditions and disorders. She is an expert in Traumatic Brain Injuries (TBIs) and Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSF) and specializes in the application of successful drug-free technology. In 2010 Dr. created a nonprofit foundation. The mission of The Reclaiming Our Wounded Warriors Foundation is to end the epidemic of suicides among our combat Veterans. The Foundation provides a drug-free, safe and easy way to relieve the symptoms of PTSD and distributes free CES Ultra™ units. Go to the CES Ultra™ tab in this website and www.cesultra.com for a wealth of research and other valuable information.
For over twenty years she has successfully developed drug–free approaches for Traumatic Brain Injury and Post Trauma Disorder that have allowed thousands of children and adults to reclaim their lives.
Dr. Larned has taught at international conferences and is considered an expert in the advanced fields of bio–electrotherapy, cranial electrotherapy stimulation and neurofeedback.
Dr. Larned’s search for advanced technology comes from her own experiences with Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) and Post Trauma Disorder (PTD) resulting from scarlet fever at the age of seven.
She has devoted her life to finding new approaches to safely relieve symptoms of brain injury and Post Trauma Disorder. Her successful and cost–effective programs provide quick and permanent relief of symptoms. Advanced technology eliminates the need for extensive diagnostics and expensive prescription drugs. This technology works by balancing and stabilizing the central nervous system. When this happens symptoms simply drop away.
As a consultant, Dr. Larned brings this technology to public and private healthcare facilities, head trauma and physical rehabilitation programs, drug and alcohol recovery, healthcare professionals and counselors, job-related stress, armed forces, veterans, police departments, fire fighters, and first responders to emergency and catastrophic events.
In 2010 Dr. Larned developed created Trauma Recovery International. The purpose of TRI is to expand 21st century technology globally and provide seamless integration with existing programs in any facility or occupation.
TRI programs are cost-effective and over time can save hundreds of millions of dollars in healthcare services, substance abuse programs, convalescent care and more. All Trauma Recovery International programs are drug-free and non-invasive. They can be safely used with children five years and older, adults of any age, and even with K–9 units for police, military, and search and rescue teams.
TRI is the world’s leading resource for reclaiming lives damaged by trauma. TRI offers innovative trauma intervention and prevention programs and a groundbreaking suicide prevention program.
In addition to recovery programs for chronic Post Trauma Disorder, another essential service of Trauma Recovery International is immediate response after natural disasters and other traumatic and catastrophic events, including areas of famine, war and conflict. The TRI first responder program is essential for the relief and prevention of symptoms of mild head injuries and Post Trauma Disorder.
